If I built your system, I’ll make sure secure, automated backups are in place and included in your support plan—so if anything ever goes wrong, we can quickly restore things with minimal disruption.

If your system was built elsewhere, I can still set up and manage reliable backups for you at a one-time setup cost. This depends on how your system is hosted and structured, but I’ll guide you through the best approach for your setup.

  • Essentials Plan: Backups aren’t included by default. If you’d like them added, I can provide a setup quote.
  • Growth Plan: Backups are included if I built your system. If not, setup can be arranged separately.
  • Elite Plan: Full backup management is included, whether or not I built your system.

What’s Not Included

To keep things transparent, support plans don’t include large feature builds, full redesigns, marketing services, or third-party hosting/server support—unless we’ve agreed otherwise. If you need something bigger, I’ll scope it separately so everything’s clear and fair.

Do I need a support plan if the system is already working fine?

A system might work great today—but things change. Servers update, packages evolve, and bugs can appear over time. A support plan gives you peace of mind that someone’s watching over your system, fixing issues early and helping you grow without hiccups.

Will you fix bugs for free if you built the system?

I include a 60-day post-launch warranty for free bug fixes. After that, ongoing fixes and support are covered under a care plan or can be quoted as needed. Like any evolving software, issues can pop up months later due to external changes—which is why having ongoing support in place really helps.

Are backups included in every plan?

Backups are included if I built your system and you're on the Growth or Elite plan. If not, I can set them up for a one-time fee. For Elite clients, I manage backups regardless of who built it.

What do I get in the "Feature Tweaks & Enhancements"?

Small improvements like adjusting form logic, updating a dropdown list, modifying a message, or styling tweaks. If it fits into your monthly support hours, I’ll take care of it.

What’s in the Monthly Report?

You’ll get a clear summary of everything I’ve done: bug fixes, updates, performance checks, and what’s coming up. No jargon—just a simple breakdown of your system’s health.

What happens on the planning calls?

These are strategic catch-ups to talk through new ideas, feature requests, pain points, or improvements. I help you plan smart changes based on your goals and priorities.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan anytime?

Absolutely. If your needs grow or slow down, I’ll adjust your plan accordingly—just give me a heads-up before your next billing cycle.

What if someone else built the system?

That’s totally fine. I’ll first review your setup and quote any initial fixes or setup needs (like backups or error tracking). After that, you can jump onto a support plan that fits your needs.

What if I don’t want a plan, but still need help sometimes?

I offer hourly or per-task quotes for one-off help. Support plans are ideal if you want faster help, predictability, and a trusted partner watching over your system regularly.
